Privacy Policy for PageToll
Last updated: June 4, 2026
This Privacy Policy describes how Get-Supportive Inc. (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) handles information in connection with the PageToll mobile application (“PageToll,” the “App”). PageToll is designed to be privacy-protective by default: it does not require you to create an account, and the substance of how you use the App stays on your device.
By downloading, accessing, or using PageToll, you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
1.Summary
In plain terms:
- No account. PageToll does not ask you to register, sign in, or provide a name, email address, or password to use the App.
- Your reading and app-blocking data stays on your device. Your selected books, reading progress, comprehension answers, streaks, earned unlock time, and the list of apps you choose to block are stored locally on your device and are not transmitted to us.
- We do not sell your personal information.
- One third party is involved — our subscription provider, Adapty — and only for the purpose of managing your free trial and subscription.
2.Information We Do Not Collect
PageToll is built so that most of your activity never leaves your device. Specifically, we do not collect, store on our servers, or transmit to ourselves:
- The names of the apps you choose to block (this is handled entirely on-device through Apple’s Screen Time / FamilyControls framework — see Section 5).
- Which book you select, the pages you read, or your reading progress.
- Your answers to comprehension questions.
- Your streaks, pages read, or earned unlock time.
- Your contacts, photos, location, microphone, or camera.
This information is stored only in local storage on your device. If you delete the App, this locally stored information is removed along with it.
3.Information Handled Through Apple
Because PageToll is distributed through the Apple App Store and uses Apple’s frameworks, certain information is handled by Apple under Apple’s own privacy practices, not ours:
- Purchases and subscriptions. When you start a free trial or subscribe, the transaction is processed by Apple through your Apple ID. We never see or receive your payment card details, Apple ID password, or full billing information. Apple’s handling of your purchase is governed by Apple’s Privacy Policy.
- Screen Time authorization. PageToll uses Apple’s FamilyControls / Screen Time framework to let you select apps to block and to display a reading prompt over those apps. The selection of apps is managed on-device by Apple’s framework and is not shared with us in identifiable form.
4.Information Processed by Adapty (Subscriptions)
We use Adapty to manage subscriptions, free trials, and entitlements (in other words, to determine whether you currently have access to the App’s paid features).
To do this, Adapty may process:
- A non-identifying app-specific identifier (such as an anonymous or vendor identifier) used to associate your device with your subscription status.
- Subscription and transaction metadata received from Apple, such as whether you are in a trial, whether your subscription is active, and the relevant product and timing information.
Adapty acts as a service provider / data processor on our behalf. We do not provide Adapty with your name, email address, or contact information, because we do not collect those. Adapty’s processing is governed by Adapty’s Privacy Policy.
5.Apple Screen Time / FamilyControls
PageToll relies on Apple’s FamilyControls (Screen Time) framework to perform its core function — placing a reading prompt in front of the apps you choose to limit.
- Granting Screen Time authorization is required for the App to work.
- The data associated with this framework (your blocked-app selections) is managed by Apple on your device and is not exported to our servers.
- You can revoke Screen Time authorization at any time in your device’s Settings. If you do, the App will stop gating your apps until you re-grant it.
6.Notifications
If you allow notifications, PageToll sends a small number of functional notifications — most importantly, a reminder before your free trial ends so you are not charged unexpectedly. If you deny notification permission, the App may schedule an equivalent local reminder on your device instead. We do not use notifications for advertising. You can disable notifications at any time in your device’s Settings.
7.How Information Is Used
The limited information described above is used only to:
- Operate the core reading-and-unlock functionality of the App (on-device).
- Manage your free trial and subscription, and determine your access to paid features (via Adapty and Apple).
- Send you functional reminders, such as the trial-ending notification.
We do not use your information for advertising, profiling, or sale to third parties.
8.Children's Privacy
PageToll is not directed to children under the age of 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. Because the App does not collect personal information through accounts, and subscription processing is handled by Apple, parents and guardians can manage purchases through Apple’s Family Sharing and Screen Time controls. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, please contact us at the address below.
9.Data Retention
- On-device data (reading progress, blocked-app selections, streaks, earned time) is retained on your device until you delete it or uninstall the App.
- Subscription data processed by Adapty and Apple is retained according to their respective policies and as necessary to manage your subscription and meet legal and accounting obligations.
10.Your Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete personal information, or to object to or restrict certain processing. Because PageToll stores your usage data locally and does not maintain user accounts, the most direct way to delete your on-device data is to uninstall the App.
For information processed by Adapty or Apple in connection with your subscription, you may exercise applicable rights by contacting us, and we will work with our service providers to respond. California residents and residents of other jurisdictions with similar laws may note that we do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.
To make a request, contact us at the address in Section 13.
11.Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect the limited information involved in operating the App. Keeping your usage data on-device reduces exposure by design. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
12.Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above and, where appropriate, provide notice within the App. Your continued use of PageToll after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
