Terms & Conditions
Last updated: June 4, 2026
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the PageToll mobile application (“PageToll,” the “App”), provided by Get-Supportive Inc. (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
1.The Service
PageToll is a reading-gate application. Before opening apps you choose to limit, PageToll prompts you to read a page of a book and answer a comprehension question. Reading a page earns unlock time for your selected apps. The App is intended as a self-directed tool to help you manage your own screen habits.
PageToll relies on Apple’s Screen Time / FamilyControls framework and requires you to grant Screen Time authorization for its core features to function.
2.Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction) to use PageToll. By using the App, you represent that you meet this requirement and that you have the authority to agree to these Terms.
3.Subscriptions, Free Trial, and Billing
Free trial. PageToll offers a 7-day free trial. During the trial you have full access to the App’s features.
Subscription. After the trial, continued access requires a paid subscription of $4.99 per month (or the equivalent in your local currency, subject to Apple’s pricing). Unless you cancel before the trial ends, your subscription begins automatically at the end of the trial and your payment method is charged the subscription price.
Auto-renewal. Subscriptions automatically renew each month unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
Managing and cancelling. All purchases are processed by Apple through your Apple ID. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your device Settings under your Apple ID subscriptions. Deleting the App does not by itself cancel your subscription.
Reminders. We aim to send a reminder before your free trial ends. You are responsible for cancelling in time if you do not wish to be charged; the reminder is a courtesy, not a guarantee.
Refunds. Purchases are handled by Apple and are subject to Apple’s refund policies. We generally cannot issue refunds directly; refund requests should be directed to Apple.
Price changes. We may change subscription pricing. Any change will apply only to future billing periods and will be handled in accordance with Apple’s requirements, including any consent or notice Apple requires.
4.License
Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use PageToll for your personal, non-commercial use on devices you own or control, consistent with the Apple App Store Terms of Service.
5.Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the App, except to the extent permitted by law.
- Use the App to violate any law or the rights of others.
- Interfere with or disrupt the App or attempt to bypass its security or subscription mechanisms.
- Resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit the App or its content.
6.Content and Intellectual Property
Book content. PageToll includes books drawn from the public domain. Public domain texts themselves are not owned by us. Our particular selection, formatting, comprehension questions, and presentation of those texts are part of the App and are protected as our intellectual property.
The App. The App, its design, software, trademarks, and original content are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. Except for the license granted above, no rights are transferred to you.
7.The App Is a Self-Help Tool, Not Professional Advice
PageToll is intended to help you manage your own screen-time habits. It is not a medical, psychological, or therapeutic service, and it is not a substitute for professional advice or treatment. You are responsible for how you use the App and for the apps you choose to limit. The App may not block every app or prevent every form of access, and it should not be relied upon as a guaranteed restriction mechanism.
8.Availability and Changes
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the App or any feature at any time. Features described in marketing or in earlier versions may change. We are not liable to you for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the App.
9.Third-Party Services
The App relies on third-party services, including Apple (App Store, Screen Time / FamilyControls, payment processing) and Adapty (subscription management). Your use of those services is subject to their respective terms and policies. We are not responsible for the acts or omissions of third parties.
10.Disclaimer of Warranties
THE APP IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT IT WILL ACHIEVE ANY PARTICULAR RESULT, INCLUDING ANY REDUCTION IN YOUR SCREEN TIME.
11.Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, GET-SUPPORTIVE INC. AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE APP. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE APP WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US FOR THE APP IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW CERTAIN LIMITATIONS, SO SOME OF THE ABOVE MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.
12.Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Get-Supportive Inc. from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your misuse of the App or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.
13.Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and indemnification) will survive.
14.Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Subject to applicable law, any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Georgia, and you consent to their jurisdiction. Nothing in these Terms limits any non-waivable consumer rights you may have under the laws of your place of residence.
15.Apple-Required Terms
These Terms are between you and Get-Supportive Inc. only, not with Apple. Apple is not responsible for the App or its content. Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the App. In the event the App fails to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple and Apple may refund the purchase price (if any); to the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple has no other warranty obligation with respect to the App. Apple is not responsible for addressing any claims relating to the App, including product liability, legal or regulatory compliance, or consumer protection claims. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them against you.
16.Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date and, where appropriate, provide notice within the App. Your continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
